Sensitive Pea is the host plant to the Cloudless Sulphur, Ceraunus Blue, and Gray hair streak butterflies. The yellow flowers are a great pollen source for bees. Sensitive pea is a great wild flower for meadows and wild like areas. Cold stratification is not needed however it does increase germination success rate. The plant is toxic and not edible.
